VP of Growth & Performance Marketing

CLEAR is seeking a VP of Performance Marketing in New York to lead and scale our customer acquisition and retention strategy across paid media, search, web, CRM and lifecycle. You will own the end-to-end performance framework and partner ecosystems to drive growth and loyalty for CLEAR’s travel services.
You will apply advanced analytics, AI-driven approaches, and first-party data to optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI while building and mentoring a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
