2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Kaizen & Performance

Yaskawa America, Inc. / Motoman is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, organize, and implement daily assembly tasks for the line. You will evaluate assembler performance and help set annual goals and performance reviews, while supporting safety and quality across the line.
The role includes driving Kaizen improvements, training on procedures, and contributing to operating and capital budgets to meet production targets.
