Kettle is a team of passionate, fearless creatives focused on delivering great products, redefining best-practices, and providing new opportunities for our clients.

We are looking for Producers to be a part of the day-to-day production and end-to-end execution of medium- to large-scale digital website projects for one of our largest clients, a leading Bay Area-based technology company. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients. You will report to the Senior Producer, assisting with key tasks while also driving small to medium sized projects independently. This role requires tactical execution, organization, and attention to detail to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

At key moments throughout the year, this role requires working onsite 5 days per week for approximately 4 months at a time to support high-profile product launches and other milestone initiatives. Outside of these periods, the team works remotely.

Key Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience managing digital projects, ideally in a creative agency or in-house marketing department

Hands-on experience with production workflows, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage day-to-day project needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to liaise between internal teams and clients

Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work under the direction of Senior Producers while independently managing smaller projects

Responsibilities:

Manage daily project operations, including scheduling, resource coordination, and task assignments to ensure timely execution

Work closely with the Senior Producer, supporting them in managing larger, multi-phase projects by maintaining updated timelines, scheduling meetings and resolving day-to-day challenges

Own smaller projects independently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client’s satisfaction

Facilitate client communications, providing updates and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations

Track project progress, ensuring that tasks stay on schedule and adjusting plans as necessary to address delays or issues

Assist with quality control, ensuring all work is reviewed and meets both creative and technical standards before moving to the next phase of production

Support Associate Producers with guidance and ensure alignment across all tasks

The target range of base compensation for this role is $80k - $120k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
