Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities: • Visual Communication & Graphic Design Expertise (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) • 2D/3D Visualization & Rendering Experience (Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max) • Experience Creating Installation Guides, Playbooks & Communication Decks • Strong Organizational & Project Management Skills • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication • Retail design or visual merchandising background • Ability to create renderings and polished execution guides • Graphic design portfolio showcasing retail work Job Overview: This role will support the creation of store-ready visual merchandising communications, execution guides, and digital design assets that enable consistent retail execution across stores.
