What you'll do Growth initiatives and annual planning are coordinated to align strategy with execution across the division. Key opportunities, initiatives, and action items maintain visibility to support informed decision-making.
Pipeline trends are monitored, pipeline reviews are coordinated, and sales forecasting supports CRM and opportunity tracking.
Go/No-Go workflows and supporting documentation coordinate guidance for pursuit decisions and resource allocation.
Client service representative activities are coordinated, cross-selling initiatives are supported, business development activities are tracked, and growth summaries are prepared for leadership review.
Requirements The posting states a pay range of $80000 to $110000.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
Seven or more years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal management, pursuit coordination, business development support, CRM administration, and/or growth program management.
A valid driver's license with a good driving history is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
HubSpot or similar CRM platform experience is preferred.
Experience in engineering consulting, environmental consulting, infrastructure, transportation, water, wastewater, and/or municipal markets is preferred.
Familiarity with organizations such as ACEC, APWA, NEWEA, NEWWA, AWWA, and MMA is preferred.
