Produce and refine 3D animation sequences using Cinema 4D, Blender, Mixamo, or Unity based on project briefs.
Deliver visually engaging character and object animations that meet specified quality and style requirements.
Document creative processes, technical setups, and project decisions for AI training purposes.
Evaluate and provide input on animation workflows to enhance AI model understanding and accuracy.
Collaborate with technical and creative stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and revisions.
Participate in feedback cycles, iterating on animations and documentation as required.
Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, Mixamo, or Unity for 3D animation.
Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality 3D animation projects across various genres or applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail for documentation and feedback.
Ability to analyze and articulate complex animation workflows and creative problem-solving strategies.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in remote, fast-paced environments.
