Strategic Marketing & Operations Lead (Hybrid)

Wonderland Child & Family Services seeks a Marketing and Operations Lead to build and maintain the systems, calendars, and accountability structures for the Development team. This role partners with the Senior Director of Development to keep priorities, donor tours, and consultants on schedule.
The position reports to the Senior Director of Development and focuses on translating big-picture priorities into actionable workplans, timelines, and communications while keeping work moving forward.
