E-Commerce and Media Intern

Compensation: $18/hr (hourly) or stipend available depends on the capability

Puff Media is a fast-growing TikTok Shop agency specializing in live commerce, creator partnerships, and brand activations. We partner with leading brands to execute high-impact TikTok LIVE campaigns and help them build lasting presence in the creator economy.
E-Commerce Operations Intern What You Will Do
Support day-to-day TikTok Shop operations including product listings, campaign setup, and inventory tracking
Assist with vendor coordination and logistics for LIVE events and brand activations
Help manage host scheduling, briefing materials, and run-of-show documents
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns run on time
Support client communication and follow-ups under the direction of the account team
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
Who You Are
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Genuinely curious about TikTok, live shopping, and the creator economy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Media Intern What You Will Do
Support content strategy and distribution across TikTok and other social platforms
Assist with creator and host outreach, onboarding, and coordination
Help track and analyze content performance metrics and compile reports
Learn business development processes including client prospecting and proposal support
Support client-facing communication and meeting preparation
Assist with post-campaign recaps and asset organization
Who You Are
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Strong writing and communication skills
Detail-oriented and proactive, you follow up without being asked
Interest in learning BD strategy and client-facing work
