We are seeking a highly organized Partner Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of AI and Independent Software Vendor co marketing programs for a leading global technology company.
This role is focused on keeping partner marketing programs moving by coordinating campaign deliverables, managing cross functional workstreams, tracking timelines, supporting partner facing content, and ensuring reliable execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong project and marketing coordination experience, an execution focused mindset, and hands on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day to day execution of partner and co marketing campaigns, including deliverables, approvals, asset handoffs, and launch readiness
Manage cross functional workstreams across product marketing, events, communications, creative, and developer relations
Maintain project trackers, calendars, timelines, checklists, and status dashboards
Proactively identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and slipping deadlines
Support development and organization of partner facing content including case studies, one pagers, email nurture campaigns, integration guides, and webinar presentations
Coordinate logistics with third party and ISV partner marketing teams, including scheduling, asset sharing, and joint deliverables
Support events, technical webinars, developer workshops, registration, vendor coordination, run of show, and post event follow up
Compile campaign performance data and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
Use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate first draft content, research, summarization, and reporting
Maintain organized and current program documentation, shared drives, trackers, and team resources
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, campaign operations, or marketing agency execution
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and deliverables in a fast paced environment
Strong project tracking and organizational skills with experience managing timelines, trackers, checklists, and status updates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working within established processes, templates, and brand or content guidelines
Strong attention to detail with dependable follow through and comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
Experience using AI tools, LLMs, or automation in day to day work
Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, shared drives, and project or marketing collaboration tools
Experience coordinating with third party partners
BA or BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting B2B technology, partner, or co marketing programs
Experience with ISV, partner, channel, or alliance marketing
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, foundation models, or generative AI
Experience supporting developer relations, developer marketing, or technical community programs
Experience coordinating large scale events and webinars
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, or reporting platforms
Understanding of the developer ecosystem
Experience working within a major technology company or similarly complex environment
