Event Coordination And Program Solutions SupportSupports the coordination and delivery of global events, training programs, and branded merchandise activities. Works with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to source materials, respond to queries, create part numbers, create purchase requisitions, maintain accurate records, and help resolve routine operational issues. Assists with data entry, reporting, process documentation, and other Program Solutions team activities as assigned.Proven experience in the core responsibilities of this role, with the ability to contribute quickly and work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with a distributed, primarily remote team (previous customer service experience is a plus). Ability to manage priorities, deliver high-quality work on time, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Remote role does not require visit to physical office - needs to be located in US.
