You’ll analyze performance data, craft briefs, coach creators, and prototype new on-camera approaches to scale lightweight, authentic UGC across 5-10 DTC brands. Regular collaboration with cross-functional partners is key.
The role is hybrid (2-3 days in the Arts District studio) with a base salary of $90-110K plus a performance-based bonus.
