This individual will own PDP management and digital promotional activities across retailer platforms. Success requires strong project management and analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. This position requires previous e-commerce experience of at least 3 years.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end setup, refresh, and ongoing optimization of PDPs across third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, etc.).Manage product listings, descriptions, digital assets, and brand consistency across retailer platforms.Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and sales teams to ensure PDPs reflect current messaging, claims, and promotional priorities.Run A/B tests to improve conversion, content effectiveness, and PDP engagement.Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive sales and improve the shopper experience.Support online sales strategy across third-party e-commerce channels and partner with Sales to troubleshoot listing issues and content syndication challenges.Collaborate with external agencies to apply category best practices and competitive insights.Monitor channel KPIs (traffic, conversion, buy box, ratings & reviews) and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.Track competitor activity on retailer platforms and identify areas for improvement or differentiation.Required SkillsStrong familiarity with Amazon systems and PDP content management (required)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and evolving landscapeExperience working with Amazon (required)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving landscapeAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with close attention to detailPreferred SkillsExperience with other major retailer platforms: Walmart, Walgreens, Best BuyExperience working with other major retailer platforms (preferred)Experience in regulated industries, such as health techEducation RequirementsBachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related fieldRequired ExperienceMinimum 3 years of previous e-commerce experience requiredExperience with retail e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, and similar marketplaces is the primary qualification for this roleBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientThis client is a leading healthcare innovator dedicated to improving lives worldwide through a diverse portfolio of medical devices, diagnostics, and nutrition products.
