Supporting the Microwave vertical, you will play a key role in executing marketing programs that showcase solutions used in RF, microwave, satellite communications, radar, and electronic warfare applications.This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working in a technical B2B environment and wants to deepen their understanding of aerospace and defence markets. You will collaborate closely with business development, sales, product teams, and marketing specialists to deliver impactful campaigns, product launches, trade show programmes, and customer-facing content.What you'll doSupport marketing execution for the Microwave vertical across multiple product lines and businessesPartner with business development, sales, and product teams to understand customer and market needsCoordinate product launches, campaigns, webinars, and promotional initiativesMaintain and update brochures, presentations, sell sheets, and other core marketing collateralHelp translate technical information into clear, customer-focused messagingWork with creative, digital, web, trade show, and agency partners to deliver marketing projectsEnsure marketing materials remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standardsSupport trade show planning, messaging, and event deliverablesBuild knowledge of Microwave markets, customers, competitors, and industry trendsProvide marketing support for additional business areas when neededWhat you needRequired: Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesRequired: Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skillsRequired: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, business development, and product teamsRequired: Experience translating technical concepts into customer-focused contentRequired: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, technical marketing, or vertical marketingRequired: Experience in a B2B environmentRequired: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related technical fieldAdvantage: Experience in RF/microwave, SATCOM, radar, or electronic warfare marketsAdvantage: Familiarity with digital marketing, marketing automation, or digital asset management platformsAdvantage: MBA or other advanced degreeWhat we offerOpportunity to support technologies used in critical aerospace and defense applicationsExposure to a broad portfolio of advanced products and solutionsCollaboration with experienced engineering, product, and business development teamsA technically focused environment with opportunities to build industry expertiseThe stability and resources of a global technology organizationCross-functional experience across multiple businesses and market segmentsWhat happens nextApplications will be reviewed by the recruiting team.
