We will strive to provide reasonable notice of any changes to your work location or schedule whenever possible.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our Growth team. This individual will support a variety of firm growth initiatives, with a primary focus on proposal development, event coordination, and marketing operations. This role will also provide administrative support across key marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content management, CRM administration, and special projects.This position plays an important role within a small, collaborative Growth team and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating logistics, and supporting a wide range of marketing activities in a fast-paced professional services environment.In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Coordinate the development and production of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materialsManage proposal requests, timelines, deadlines, and communication with internal stakeholdersMaintain proposal content, templates, and marketing collateral to ensure consistency and accuracySupport proposal-related reporting and help track activity, deadlines, and outcomesAssist with administrative tasks related to marketing and business development initiativesCoordinate logistics for firm-sponsored events, conferences, networking activities, webinars, and client programsAssist with registration, communications, attendee management, and event materialsCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event executionTrack event participation and assist with post-event follow-up and reportingMaintain marketing databases, contact lists, and other administrative systemsSupport CRM data entry, reporting, and list management activitiesAssist with the development and distribution of marketing communications and promotional materialsCoordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on scheduleProvide general administrative support for ongoing Growth team initiativesAssist with website updates and content maintenanceSupport social media scheduling and content distributionHelp maintain marketing assets and digital content librariesAssist with basic reporting related to website, email, and social media performanceTo be successful, these are the skills, qualities and experience you will need:1-3 years of experience in marketing, proposals, event coordination, business development, or a related role within a public accounting, professional services, or B2B environmentExperience supporting proposal development and managing multiple deadlinesExperience coordinating events, meetings, or client programsStrong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExperience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems is preferredFamiliarity with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, or social media tools is a plusAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracyStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with partners and firm leadershipA proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to take ownership of projectsAbility to work occasional overtime to support proposal deadlines or firm eventsWillingness to travel periodically to other HCVT offices to support Growth team initiatives (up to 10%)You Matter - HCVT provides a variety of benefits and perks that help sustain a healthy and thriving work environment.Visit the Benefits section to learn moreThis salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 plus overtime.
