Remote CRM Marketing Lead — Braze Lifecycle

TopDog Law LLC, a nationally scaling personal injury firm, seeks a CRM Marketing Manager to build Braze as our core engagement platform and turn client journey strategy into live, data-driven communications.
Reporting to the VP of Client Marketing, you will orchestrate client engagement across the case lifecycle, drive loyalty and referrals, reduce turnover, and elevate the client experience with high-volume, channel-driven messaging.
