This individual will support the publishing, maintenance, and optimization of content across multiple CMS platforms serving both patient-facing and academic websites. The ideal candidate has experience working within Drupal, WordPress, or similar CMS environments, is comfortable navigating structured approval processes, and thrives in a collaborative setting with physicians, faculty, administrators, legal/compliance teams, and offshore partners. They will also play a key role in ensuring digital content and documents meet accessibility standards through PDF remediation and quality assurance efforts.This is a highly process-driven role for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to improve workflows rather than simply follow them. Day to day, the candidate will manage content requests, coordinate approvals, perform QA reviews, remediate accessible PDFs, and support larger digital initiatives across both healthcare and academic environments. The team is looking for a strong communicator and team player who can identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements during downtime, and contribute to a collaborative culture with long-term potential for permanent conversion.
