Head of Brand & Growth Marketing

Rent the Runway is seeking a Head of Brand and Performance Marketing to define and drive long-term strategy across brand and performance, reporting to the SVP, Customer. This VP-level role leads brand voice, social, partnerships, PR, and paid media, unifying brand and demand across channels.
The ideal candidate has 12+ years in brand and performance marketing, with a proven ability to scale teams and measure impact on awareness, consideration, and revenue. Fashion/retail experience is a plus.
