CapCenter, founded in Richmond, Virginia, seeks a senior Capital Markets leader to own pricing, the lock desk, pipeline hedging, loan sales and investor relationships. You’ll drive margin strategy, protect gain-on-sale, and coordinate with Sales, Production, Legal and Compliance to optimize outcomes.
You’ll also lead risk reporting to the CFO, manage hedging activities using TBA/MBS and forward commitments, and shape MSR strategy with cross-functional teams across the capital markets function.
