Senior Executive Assistant to SVP, Brand Marketing

BBG Ventures, LLC seeks an Executive Assistant to support the SVP, Brand Marketing in a hybrid New York City role. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and help prepare decks and travel arrangements for senior leaders.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years supporting executives in fast-paced environments, strong communication, and a proactive approach to organizational processes. On-site 3 days/week at Hudson Yards is possible.
