CLINIC DIRECTOR
Mission Statement:
Tender Touch Therapy provides high quality pediatric physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals. We will advocate on behalf of each child and their family to enhance well-being and improve lifelong wellness.

Licensed:
Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology

Hours
30+ hours a week, Full Time

Training & Onboarding

Physical building needs, appearance and maintenance communicated to COO

Hiring and Staff oversight

Clinic finances

Facilitating Effective Communication

Monitor clinic stats

Oversight of Leads by location

Marketing

Assessing performance of onsite staff (admin, clinical, rehab aid)

Compliance Oversight

Team Building

REQUIREMENTS:

60% treatment time, 40% admin time

Attend Manager meetings

Lead weekly Lead meeting

Attend weekly RD meeting

Doc time based on treatment hours

SKILLS, RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES:

Effective and efficient problem solver, investigating further when needed

Ability to start and foster relationships

Good organizational skills

Demonstrates appropriate behavioral management techniques

Good communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal - to meet the needs of others
