Full-Funnel DTC Growth Marketer & Creative Lead

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a high-velocity marketer to own 4–6 DTC accounts end-to-end, including strategy, media buying, and creative oversight. You will manage client relationships directly, justify results, and drive actionable insights from research across reviews, comments, and Reddit.
You will lead the creation and optimization of briefs, scripts, and landing pages, delivering 8–10 ad launches weekly in a cadence that favors informed hypotheses over randomness.
