Job Description
Bask Health is hiring a Visual Motion Designer — Remote, New York, NY, USA.

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Visual Motion Designer to own the complete video and motion production process for Bask Health—from initial design concept to animation, video editing, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Develop motion concepts, visual treatments, storyboards, mood boards, and animatics.

Design Original Assets: Create custom vector graphics, illustrations, graphic layouts, and typography from scratch in Illustrator/Photoshop before animating them.

Motion Design & Animation: Create kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions, 2D/3D visual elements, explainers, and branded motion assets in Adobe After Effects.

Full Video Integration: Combine motion graphics, custom designs, video footage, sound effects, voiceover, and color grading into polished final assets.

Maintain an exceptionally high level of craftsmanship across motion, color, typography, and overall visual style, strictly adhering to Bask Health brand guidelines.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, animation, or video editing.

Must-Have: Proven ability to design static graphic assets and layouts from scratch before animating them.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Obsession with craftsmanship, timing, typography, and high visual standards.

Strong communication skills, high energy, and a collaborative mindset.
