Head Of Channel Marketing will be reporting to the VP of Product Marketing for TV. This position will be responsible for managing the overall Channel team who owns the GTM, execution, profit and strategy for each of our partners inclusive of assortments, programs, channel management, P&L and Market Share/IHS and Supply Chain. This role will work with the Sales team on a daily basis to ensure that all aspects of the business goals are met.
Channel Managers will be sole owner of each account and accountable for all aspects of the business included not limited:
Supply Chain Forecasting + Attending/inputting feedback during CPFR Calls
Align and execute to attain target IHS Share goals
Getting and approving budgets for Marketing and S/D dollars
Drive Sales/Revenue, and contribute to managing Profit
Ensure competitive price positioning with account + Channel
Ensure and ensuring execution of Merchandising
Assortment and GTM strategy for respective accounts
Customer Meeting attendance and Follow up on action items
Act as main communication source/follow thru is expected from Channel team to get alignment with Product PM
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in Retail (specifically with buying teams) and product management experience required.
Previous Retailer Account experience and/or consumer electronics industry experience preferred
Prior experience in a previous role type where taking initiative and execution were critical to driving business results
Professional experience Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Experience with advance level Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look ups, etc.)
Experience with negotiations, leadership, and professional presentation skills
Experience with financial analysis and simulation skills
