The Walt Disney Company in Tampa is seeking an eCommerce Specialist - Video Chat to assist Guests with accessibility needs and to support their digital experience on the Disney site and My Disney Experience app.
You will participate in paid training, handle video/phone chats and multiple chats, and meet performance metrics within a schedule that includes Sundays through Saturdays, from 06:45 a.m. to 11:15 p.m., with overtime and holiday flexibility.
