Trovy is hiring a Marketing leader to own the affiliate and partner program end-to-end, managing networks, rate tables, and partner onboarding. You will also build a portfolio of direct partnerships with real estate brokerages and home-service partners, sourcing, negotiating, and structuring programs from scratch.
You will optimize commissions within RESPA guardrails, design co-marketing initiatives, and oversee the lifecycle from pricing to invoicing and QA.
