Lantern Crest Senior Living seeks a Marketing Director to oversee all marketing, outreach, and sales efforts aimed at achieving occupancy targets and promoting the community’s brand. The role builds referral networks, drives sales strategies, and maintains a professional image in the marketplace.
The Director leads the Marketing team, develops external relationships, and spends most of their time promoting Lantern Crest within and outside the community to support move-ins and community growth.
