Role Description
The Sales and Digital Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role supports sales initiatives by maintaining relationships with existing customers, assisting with lead generation, and preparing sales materials, proposals, and reports. The coordinator manages digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, website updates, email marketing, and online promotions to enhance brand awareness and drive orders. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring web analytics, tracking campaign performance, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring consistent messaging across all digital channels. The role also involves collaborating with the customer service and operations teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and business priorities.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external partners.

Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns.

Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to interpret data, track performance, and make data-informed recommendations.

Effective Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across sales and marketing initiatives.

Relevant experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or a similar role, ideally within food, hospitality, or consumer goods.

Proficiency with common marketing platforms (e.g., social media tools, email marketing software) and basic CRM usage.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
