Email Copywriter (eCommerce, Remote)

Bedford is a DTC email marketing agency that holds creative work to a high standard. We partner with brands people love, and write emails that make them feel something. We're looking for a full-time copywriter to work across our portfolio of DTC clients.

Responsibilities:

Write emails that get opened, clicked and remembered

Adapt to different tones (playful, premium, cheeky, funny, etc)

Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data

Contribute to creative strategy, not just execution - bring ideas to the table

Help with occasional SMS copy, landing page blurbs, etc

What we're looking for:

Great writing skills first and foremost

Great taste (you know when something reads flat and it bothers you)

You're a human-driven writer, not an AI-driven writer

You write fast and think fast

You understand DTC (and maybe even shop a lot online)

Low ego, high standards (you want direct feedback to make the work better)

Bonus: prior DTC copy experience
