The Associate Director Global Solid Tumors will play a vital role in building and maximizing the Global opportunity for these solid tumor franchises and will be responsible for shaping promotional efforts across treatment settings. As the Associate Director of Global Oncology Marketing Lung, H&N, and GI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the global commercial strategy and creating impactful promotional campaigns for our key solid tumor assets. You will be a central figure in translating complex science into clear, compelling materials that empower our country marketing teams to succeed. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to drive the commercial success of life-changing therapies across the globe.
Key Responsibilities Global Strategy & Campaign Development:Lead the development of global commercial strategies, promotional campaigns, and core marketing materials for new launches and existing indications, ensuring alignment with our overall brand strategy.
Content Creation & Omnichannel Engagement:Shape key strategic communication objectives and oversee the creation of innovative, customer-centric content. Drive our omnichannel strategy to optimize engagement and measure the impact of marketing initiatives across all channels.
Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration:Partner with regional and market leadsto foster a "One-Team" approach to co-create of a global commercial disease strategy that aligns with local execution needs. Collaborate with International Marketing content squadsto prioritize, execute, and track the performance of high-impact promotional assets.
Insight Generation:Support the analysis of the oncology landscape, including disease burden, patient journeys, and the competitive environment, to uncover key insights that inform our commercial strategy.
Operational Excellence, Compliance, & Execution:Manage agency partners to develop and deliver high-quality resources on time and on budget. Expertly navigate the internal promotional review and approval process, ensuring all materials are compliant and aligned with our company's standards. Ensure all materials and initiatives are aligned to our Company's compliance standards, receive necessary approvals and are appropriately refreshed.
Position Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
Minimum 5 years of pharma marketing experience
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong business acumen, problem solving skills, managing large complex initiatives, strong business judgment and ability to drive initiatives forward
Ability to work through ambiguity, experience leading strategy development and implementation.
Ability to clearly articulate insights and strategic information across the enterprise and to leadership
Strong learning agility and adaptability quotient (AQ) with ability to navigate and lead change
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, Pharm D)
In-market commercial / launch experience, campaign and message development
Oncology experience
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast paced environments
Scientific background/ experience
Experience providing commercial input on such activities as: market research, forecasting, customer interactions, disease/portfolio strategy
Agency/vendor management skills
Location The position will be based in Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA (hybrid work model).

Salary The salary range for this role is$142,400.00 - $224,100.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
