Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager position is designed for emerging leaders ready to take ownership of performance and people. You’ll manage campaign operations, coach entry-level representatives, and work closely with our leadership team to drive consistent client outcomes.
Responsibilities: Supervise a team of Brand Representatives and ensure daily goals are met
Provide real-time coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Analyze campaign results and recommend adjustments
Coordinate with clients to align on objectives and deliverables
Lead morning team meetings and assist with onboarding new hires
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong decision-making and time management skills
Confident communicator who can motivate a team
Performance-driven and eager to grow into a management role
