Greystar seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities in the Washington, DC area. You will lead teams, manage budgets, analyze financials, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
You will drive leasing strategies, monitor rent collections, approve vendor invoices, and coordinate maintenance while promoting resident satisfaction and retention. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of PM experience are preferred.
