Develop, communicate, and execute the integrated marketing strategy for access control and intercom portfolios.
Partner closely with local and global marketing teams, as well as technical teams, to identify the most impactful go-to-market strategies for new product releases.
Become a subject matter expert on the access control and intercom portfolios, leveraging that expertise to develop compelling product messaging and positioning.
Generate awareness and demand through integrated campaigns and strategic product launch plans.
Establish measurable goals, track ROI, and analyze marketing performance to optimize product marketing strategies and initiatives.
Align marketing strategies and initiatives with short- and long-term company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with broader marketing teams to incorporate product marketing strategies into their programs and initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally on the long-term strategic direction of access control and intercom portfolios, identifying marketing opportunities that support continued portfolio growth.
Monitor and evaluate competitive marketing activities to inform current and future marketing strategies.

We Believe You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Product marketing experience within a channel sales model preferred.
Experience in the IT and/or security industry; knowledge of access control, door security, or intercom solutions preferred.
Experience working with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot.
Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM platform.
