Associate Director, Regional Marketing (Mid-Atlantic Region)

Role

Associate Director, Regional Marketer, responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies in VA, MD, MI, and OH to promote ADC Therapeutics' oncology products, notably ZYNLONTA.
Responsibilities

Planning and coordinating media, congress, and local KOL engagement
Managing agency partnerships
Developing regional advisory boards and supporting patient advocacy events
Cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical, and clinical teams to align on key accounts and gather regional insights
Requirements

Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in pharma/biotech, with experience in hematology/oncology, including product launches and direct engagement with thought leaders.
Preferred

2+ years in marketing or market access, and experience in academic or clinical settings.
High Value

focus on hematology/oncology, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), late-stage development, KOL development, field marketing, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Work Setup

travel 40-50%, regional presence in specified states, with ongoing collaboration with HQ and agency partners.
