Director of Hotel Sales & Business Development

Staybridge Suites Kansas City-Independent is seeking a motivated Director of Sales to grow occupancy and revenue across corporate, group, government, and extended-stay segments. You will build relationships with local businesses, conduct client-facing tours, and lead outside sales initiatives in the Kansas City and Independence markets.
You should be a strong communicator, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule while collaborating with the hotel leadership team.
