Key responsibilities
Maintain project trackers and provide weekly status updates on priorities and risks
Coordinate speaker preparation and logistics for video and webcast production
Manage files and version control, ensuring proper storage and naming conventions
Required qualifications
7-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or project coordination
High school diploma required
Experience with webcasts and video production
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder communications
Comfortable owning workstreams and escalating risks or process gaps
