EPAM is growing its Media & Entertainment practice, and we are looking for a senior manager to help expand our Live Entertainment offering. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, innovation, and business development. You will work directly with promoters, venues, ticketing platforms, artist and rights‑holder organizations, and sports and entertainment companies to translate complex ticketing, venue operations, and fan engagement challenges into actionable technology and process solutions. Responsibilities
Apply deep knowledge of live entertainment technology ecosystems spanning ticketing and box office platforms, venue and event operations systems, fan CRM/loyalty, and monetization models across arenas/stadiums, concerts, theme parks, and live streaming
Analyze client technology stacks to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
Develop transformation of roadmaps and modernized platform architectures aligned to client revenue, fan experience, and operational goals
Apply working knowledge of major platforms to design practical, scalable solutions around key live entertainment focus areas. (e.g. loyalty, pricing, operational management, hospitality, sponsorship, payment)
Stay current on emerging trends in live entertainment including fan data and personalization, loyalty and membership models, artist/venue direct‑to‑fan channels, and generative AI applications and translate them into actionable client strategies
Lead and support engagements end‑to‑end: work planning, requirements documentation, stakeholder workshops, stakeholder management, solution design, deliverable ownership, and team oversight
Create detailed project work plans and status reports; manage activities and deliverables and provide feedback to team members and client stakeholders
Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle and provide alternative recommendations when needed to keep objectives on track
Build trusted relationships with mid‑to senior‑level business and technology stakeholders
Develop and deliver client presentations, workshops, and written work products that translate complex technology concepts into clear business language
Assist in designing new business processes based on client requirements; conduct user review sessions, workshops, and stakeholder agreement meetings
Quickly assess client challenges and engage cross‑functional partners to develop the right solutions
Anticipate and mitigate project risks with sound judgment on when to elevate to senior leadership
Earn the respect and trust of EPAM and client colleagues by being supportive and highly reliable
Proactively deepen expertise in live entertainment and stay attuned to sector trends and challenges as they relate to client business goals
Partner with EPAM Client Partners and sales teams to engage prospects across the full sales lifecycle, from initial scoping through proposal and close
Lead the authoring of proposals and statements of work for complex live entertainment engagements
Design project teaming models and produce accurate effort and cost estimates
Clearly communicate scope, assumptions, and risk to both technical and executive audiences
Develop a fundamental understanding of EPAM products and accelerators and how they apply to live entertainment clients' needs
Support pursuit activities, proposal development, and EPAM's Media & Entertainment go‑to‑market strategy for the live entertainment sector
Manage and support live entertainment market eminence efforts, including points of view, thought leadership, and industry conference participation
Align with EPAM Client Partners, Business Development Teams, and Senior Leadership to support the creation and execution of account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
Contribute to EPAM's live entertainment offerings, reusable assets, and accelerators
Contribute to EPAM's point of view in the Media & Entertainment space through internal communities, white papers, and external‑facing content
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to raising the quality bar across the practice
Support recruiting, methodology development, and internal growth initiatives
Requirements
4+ years of experience in M&E consulting and advisory
8+ years of client‑facing roles (e.g., management consulting, live entertainment technology)
Deep expertise in live entertainment technology, including working knowledge of relevant platforms and workflows (e.g., ticketing/box office systems, venue management, marketing, CRM/loyalty, dynamic pricing engines, cashless and RFID solutions)
Strong understanding of the live entertainment ecosystem, including promoters, venues, artist and rights‑holder organizations, festivals, sports, theme parks, and touring
Proven ability to translate business challenges into technology and process solutions and communicate them to executive audiences
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading pre‑sales activity, including scoping, proposals, and deal closure
Experience leading multi-disciplinary consulting teams and managing delivery governance across complex programs
Strong analytical skills, including process mapping, business case development, and solution evaluation
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience developing and presenting client‑facing materials (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
