SeaWorld Orlando is seeking a Director of Design & Engineering to lead planning, design, and execution of major capital projects across SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica Orlando, and Discovery Cove. You will guide a project management team, partner with park and corporate leadership, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PM across design and construction, strong leadership, and experience with guest-facing environments.
