Creating and editing high-performing video content, the full-time Video Editor / Motion Designer will focus on improving conversion rates through advertising videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Develop and produce video ads from concept to final delivery, ensuring strong storytelling and visual quality
Research and integrate AI tools into the production workflow to enhance efficiency and output quality
Analyze video performance metrics and optimize creative based on insights and A/B testing results
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in video editing, post-production, or motion design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a portfolio showcasing desktop-based editing
Hands-on experience creating AI-generated video content and realistic human characters
Solid understanding of video formats for various social media platforms
Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher for effective communication
