Job Summary
As the Delivery Coordinator, you are an ambassador of Epic Mountain Rentals Delivery and are instrumental in the success of the delivery team. You will be responsible for total guest satisfaction throughout their reservation, consistently delivering exceptional guest service. We are looking for strong communicators with excellent organizational skills—someone who enjoys planning and logistics. Delivery Coordinators will work closely with their managers, assistant managers, and Delivery Specialists.w

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities

Review and manage incoming reservations in a timely and complete manner.

Build delivery schedules based on the reservations and available staff.

Be committed to providing exceptional service with a high level of professionalism.

Anticipate members’ and guests’ needs and respond knowledgeably and promptly using phone and email.

Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry and assist in gear selection.

Ability to pivot between assisting guests, teching skis and coordinator tasks.

Must be able to work as part of a team and alone

Must have excellent oral and written communication, organization skills, and administration abilities

Proficient in MS Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Will spend most of your shift on the computer and phone

Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
