Avionics Production Lead (Afternoons)

Firefly Aerospace in Texas is seeking an Avionics Production Supervisor for the afternoon shift (3:00-11:30 pm) at our Cedar Park electronics facility. You will lead technicians, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, quality production of cable harnesses and avionics subsystems.
The role requires 4+ years in cable harness or avionics manufacturing and 2+ years in leadership, with strong problem-solving, safety, and Lean/Six Sigma awareness.
