Team details & who they will work with: Visual Communicators use their visual design skills in partnership with BCU Program Managers, Bowerman Footwear Labs (BFL) leadership, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to produce engaging, accessible, branded content that facilitates learning highly technical concepts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum required years of experience: 4 +

Must have skills:

Graphic design experience

e-Learning creation (visually structured)

Taking technical information and putting it into a visual medium

Candidate must have a POV-from a learning perspective this candidate will have experience to speak from

Influencing how learning content is visually structured.

Nice to have skills:

Adult learning template experience

Experience with brand standards, worked with creatives before

Software/technical requirements:

Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 tools, Articulate 360, Miro and Airtable.

MS PowerPoint (expert); Adobe Illustrator (expert)

Previous client/industry experience preference: Highly desirable

Visual Communicators design and deliver high-quality visual learning content that supports foundational to advanced footwear education for the Global Footwear Product Creation organization and their strategic partners.

Visual Communicators use their visual design skills in partnership with BCU Program Managers, Bowerman Footwear Labs (BFL) leadership, and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to produce engaging, accessible, branded content that facilitates learning highly technical concepts.

Core content includes PowerPoint presentation decks, e-Learning, QRGs, one-pagers, videos, photography, logos, immersion program swag, and other branded learning assets for BCU and BFL.

Role Focus:

As an experienced individual contributor, this role independently delivers complete visual work products, contributing to course builds and programs with moderate complexity.

Begins influencing how learning content is visually structured.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver standard learning assets from concept to execution

Translate moderately complex technical concepts into clear visuals

Collaborate directly with SMEs and instructional partners

Support motion graphics, photography, video filming and editing, and eLearning modules

Improve existing content through design refinement and iteration

What you will work on:

In your day-to-day work you will collaborate with your teammates and subject matter experts to maintain existing materials and develop new educational experiences.

You will support the team through design work for presentation decks, one-pagers, printed class handouts, interactive online content, videos, learning tutorials, and more.

You’ll rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals, from concept to execution.

Designing new content and evolving existing collateral to support training courses and programming for Footwear Creation learners

Adjusting, updating, formatting, and applying branding to new and existing content

Creating motion graphics, eLearning and training videos

Comprehending complex ideas and turning them into visually compelling designs to support learning content

Supporting the team with design consultation and collaboration

Who you will work with:

We partner with leaders and internal specialists throughout Design, Global Footwear, Innovation & Operations organizations

Strong visual design fundamentals and storytelling ability

Extensive profi ciency of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 tools, Articulate 360, Miro and Airtable.

Proficiency in video filming and editing, and blended learning assets

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Solid collaboration and project management skills
