Support brand strategy development and lead core Non-Personal Promotion for oncology products supporting metastatic triple-negative breast cancer and HR+/HER2-
Lead and execute HCP NPP initiatives
Develop and lead key elements of the NPP brand strategy
Drive core HCP tactic execution through external agencies, internal cross-functional partners and field sales
Measure initiative success
Implement product promotional communication strategy aligned with overall brand strategy
Obtain approval for marketing materials through internal review and Med-Legal-Reg approval
Collaborate with Sales, Sales Leadership, Legal, Regulatory, Medical and other stakeholders
Analyze complex brand opportunities and provide recommendations and action plans
Provide strategic and tactical input into launch planning, including NPP segmentation and NBA orchestration
Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements
Manage NPP marketing budget and project timelines
Lead people-manager responsibilities involving inclusion, talent development and team empowerment
Develop external relationships leading to brand advocacy
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years' Experience OR Master's Degree and Ten Years' Experience OR PhD and Eight Years’ Experience
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields is required
10+ years of experience
Experience in strategic brand development and leading brand planning for launch products
Experience with NPP and other digital strategies, sales and regulatory policies and practices
Ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional marketing and business plans
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
Ability to work with external advertising, public relations and medical education agencies
Demonstrated budget management skills
Minimum 3 years in product marketing or advertising focused on consumers or patients preferred
Prior people management experience strongly preferred
Advanced product lifecycle management experience preferred
Pharmaceutical product lifecycle management experience preferred
Experience with Advocacy, Community and National Health systems and services preferred
Experience developing, reporting and communicating HCP e-Marketing metrics
Experience executing and measuring websites, SEO/SEM, web-based detailing, email campaigns, podcasts and digital media
Experience with social media a plus
Excellent management, strategic thinking, project management and organizational skills
Ability to translate market research findings into actionable insights and tactical plans
Experience managing cross-functional teams, work groups and direct reports
Direct-to-Patient pharma/biotech patient/community marketing experience
In-depth understanding of digital media
