Associate, Media Strategy

Responsibilities

Assist in developing strategic multimedia plans and marketing recommendations for Zillow
Work with the team across research, creation, implementation, and stewardship phases of the planning process
Collaborate with multiple groups internally at the agency
Use research and planning tools to generate and support insights
Manage workflow and ensure processes and procedures are followed
Organize team deadlines and logistics; update decks; perform data entry and data pulls
Represent Canvas Worldwide professionally with clients and the industry
Proactively learn and grow
Ensure deadlines are met and manage internal expectations
Maintain detailed knowledge of the client's brand, products, and KPIs
Maintain documentation for easy information retrieval
Perform other duties as needed
Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Ability to drive projects from start to finish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to flexibly prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and communicate priorities to direct reports
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and planning tools
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through
Extremely detail-oriented and precise
