On-Call Event AV Technician (Hospitality)

Encore is seeking a hands-on Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/conference environment. You will ensure flawless event execution, assist clients on-site, and manage equipment and invoicing processes.
The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), up to date training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Expect irregular hours, on-call shifts, and a target hourly pay range of $16.50 to $18.00.
