Uniphore is seeking a Sr. Client Director for a large enterprise energy sector account based in the USA. You will own cross-functional strategy, expand adoption of Uniphore's AI platform, and drive renewals and upsell across engineering, R&D, and technology functions.
You will manage multi-year ARR growth, oversee the full lifecycle from onboarding to negotiation, and coordinate Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Legal teams. Travel to support the account will be required.
