Corporate Communications Manager

Job Summary KISS Beauty Group is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to shape and deliver the company’s internal narrative and strengthen employee engagement across the organization. This role will lead development and execution of corporate communications strategies to connect employees to the company’s strategy, business priorities, and culture. It will also support leadership visibility, LinkedIn communications, and community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Internal Communications Strategy Develop and execute internal communications strategies supporting company priorities and leadership messaging.
Translate business updates and strategic priorities into clear, engaging communications for employees.
Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
Lead planning and content development for company‑wide town halls and leadership engagement forums.
Design and implement campaigns that reinforce company values and strengthen employee connection to the organization.

Corporate Narrative & Messaging Help shape and maintain the internal narrative and messaging framework to ensure clarity and consistency across communications.
Develop executive‑ready communications, including leadership messages, presentations, and key talking points.
Support corporate messaging initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation and leadership voice.

Communications Channels & Platforms Oversee the strategy and management of core internal communications channels, including intranet, newsletters, collaboration platforms, and digital signage.
Establish editorial calendars and publishing processes that ensure coordinated, timely communications.
Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve channel effectiveness and audience reach.

Corporate Storytelling & External Alignment Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence by developing content that highlights business milestones, company culture, and leadership perspectives.
Partner with CSR and business teams to amplify community engagement and social impact initiatives.
Identify opportunities to translate internal stories into compelling external narratives.

Cross-Functional Communications Leadership Lead communications planning for key initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted communications partner to internal teams, advising on messaging, timing, and channel strategy.
Drive best practices for communications planning, stakeholder engagement, and message consistency.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Communications (required)
Work Experience: 8 – 13 years of relevant experience in a related field
Skills: Canva, Content Management Systems (CMS), MailChimp, Microsoft SharePoint
Languages: English, Korean

Compensation The anticipated compensation range is $69,000.00 – $137,000.00 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
