Senior Marketing Communications Manager

A new Specialty Pharmacy Co. that is about to launch is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Sr. Manager to serve as a strategic individual contributor reporting directly to the SVP. This role will own and execute marketing and communications initiatives that support brand positioning, business development, provider engagement, and internal alignment.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building, executing, and refining strategy, who can operate confidently with senior leadership.
Responsibilities Lead healthcare marketing and communications strategy aligned with provider network growth and specialty services.
Own messaging and positioning for provider, partner, and industry audiences.
Plan and execute marketing strategy for healthcare conferences and industry events, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
Develop conference materials such as booth content, presentations, collateral, and digital assets.
Partner closely with Business Development to support pipeline growth and market expansion.
Create and maintain high-quality provider-facing content and executive presentations.
Oversee external communications including website content and thought leadership.
Develop clear, consistent internal communications supporting leadership initiatives and organizational alignment.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing and communications materials.
Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or a related field
5 or more years of experience in marketing and/or communications
Demonstrated experience in healthcare marketing, provider networks, or healthcare services
Proven success as a senior individual contributor working closely with executive leadership
Strong understanding of healthcare audiences and industry dynamics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
