CPG Growth & Innovation Marketing Lead

Fresh Express is seeking a Marketing Innovation Manager to turn ideas into business and be the voice of the consumer. You will shape salads of the future and drive growth across the US and Canada by developing product offerings, pricing and promotions that delight shoppers.
In this on-site role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Finance, translate insights into profitable launches, and manage the brand’s budget and activations.
