In this role, you will work directly with customers and clients at promotional events, helping represent our campaigns, build brand awareness, and create positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Represent client campaigns at promotional and community events
Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide information about products, services, and current promotions
Assist with customer acquisition and account support
Help maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Work with the team to meet campaign and performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
