We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to oversee and execute marketing initiatives across several distinct enterprises and business ventures. This role will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that strengthen each enterprise's brand, generate qualified leads, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue.
The ideal candidate is a versatile marketing professional who can understand the unique goals, audiences, and positioning of multiple businesses while maintaining a consistent, organized, and results-oriented approach.
This position requires someone who can

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Enterprise Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement customized marketing strategies for each enterprise within the portfolio.
Understand the unique target audiences, products, services, competitive environments, and revenue objectives of each business.
Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans and campaigns.
Establish marketing priorities and allocate resources based on business goals and expected return on investment.
Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration between enterprises when appropriate.
Brand Management

Develop and maintain strong brand identities for each enterprise.
Ensure marketing materials, messaging, websites, social media, advertising, and communications accurately reflect each brand.
Maintain consistent brand standards while allowing each enterprise to have its own unique voice and positioning.
Help establish new brands and refine existing brands as businesses evolve.
Digital Marketing

Oversee digital marketing initiatives across multiple enterprises, including:
Social media marketing
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Search engine marketing (SEM/PPC)
Content marketing
Website marketing
Online advertising
Reputation and review management
Develop and manage social media content calendars.
Monitor digital performance and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
Identify emerging platforms, technologies, and marketing trends that could benefit the businesses.
Content & Creative

Develop marketing content including advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and other creative professionals as needed.
Ensure content is compelling, professional, and aligned with each enterprise's objectives.
Help develop campaigns, promotions, events, and other initiatives designed to increase visibility and sales.
Lead Generation & Revenue Growth

Develop marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and new customers.
Work closely with sales and business leadership to improve lead conversion.
Track the customer journey from marketing exposure through conversion.
Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, retention, referrals, and repeat business.
Continuously test and improve marketing strategies based on measurable results.
Analytics & Reporting

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each enterprise.
Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, engagement, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
Prepare regular marketing reports for ownership/executive leadership.
Use data and analytics to determine what is working, what is not, and where resources should be redirected.
Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns, budgets, vendors, and performance.
Develop and manage marketing budgets across multiple enterprises.
Track marketing expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved budgets.
Research, evaluate, and manage outside marketing agencies, freelancers, vendors, media outlets, and technology providers.
Negotiate pricing and services when appropriate.
Ensure marketing investments produce measurable value.
Internal Collaboration

Work directly with business owners, executives, department leaders, and operational teams across the enterprises.
Gather information and understand the unique needs of each business.
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
Keep leadership informed of campaign performance, upcoming initiatives, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
3–7+ years of marketing experience

, preferably with experience managing multiple brands, business units, clients, or companies.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and outside vendors.
Strong business judgment and understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue.
